<Hysteria> is a new guild on Blood Furnace comprised of players who have cleared all current WotLK content on both Normal and Heroic modes, and are looking to establish themselves before the release of Ulduar with the goal of Achieving Realm First kills of the new content.

*Exceptional players, at the very least, will have the following 3 things apply to them*

Skill
We look for logical individuals who are attentive and extremely competent. We expect our members to multitask well, never make the same mistake twice, and quite obviously play their class to its maximum potential. Any less leaves room for improvement, and with all of the freely available information out there, it’s not too much to ask. Reading high-end WoW forums is extremely common for us. Understanding all aspects of new encounters is entirely possible if you put in the time to research what is happening (see: Bosskillers.com, and many others). Just knowing your class-specific roles from one encounter to the next is inadequate as far as we’re concerned.

Playtime
Hysteria members are expected to have at least a 75% attendance rate. We expect that you will enjoy the game as a whole and plan on playing for a long time to come. Your playtime outside of raids is necessary in the preparation of your character for pushing into new content.

Personality
~ If you cannot handle a mature raiding environment, please don’t consider us as one of your options. What you do outside of raids is your business, but raid time is guild time, so come prepared to be in a mature environment in which the raid leader has the floor.
~ When preparing your application it is highly advised to use proper formatting, grammar, punctuation, capitalization, etc.
The application is your first impression, and it leaves an incredibly sour taste in our mouths if the application stinks of grade school literacy levels. It is to your great benefit to approach your application in a professional manner.
~While we have a good sense of humor about most things, Racism/Bigotry will not be tolerated and is grounds for a removal from Hysteria
