As for the last glyph, you can take Kill Shot, Steady Shot, or Aimed shot. The difference is very small so base it on your playstyle.

Rotation

Open with Serpent Sting, then follow this priority:
Kill Shot
Chimera Shot
Aimed Shot
Arcane Shot
Steady Shot

At higher levels of Armor Penetration, it is wise to drop Arcane shot from this rotation. If you choose to do this, make sure you also adjust your spec to not include Improved Arcane shot. Viable alternatives include picking up Improved Hunter's Mark. If you do that, use your last glyph slot for Hunters mark as well.

Itemization
Armor Penetration till cap assuming you have an armor pen trinket, otherwise agility.

Not a whole bunch that can vary on this one. Only option is Serpent sting glyph which *can* be swapped for Steady Shot if you feel it's better for you.
